Hi, I’m Hyeonjee.

Product Designer building AI-powered, data-driven digital products that drive engagement, retention, and scalable growth globally.

 

I’ve worked at moments of product inflection—global expansion, early monetization, and system-building in fast-moving environments. At a pre-IPO digital health startup, I focused on defining what users would find valuable enough to pay for and translating that value into scalable product experiences. The initiatives I led were later incorporated into the company’s subscription model, helping shape long-term revenue strategy during a critical growth phase.

 

I’ve led end-to-end design initiatives—from early problem framing and experimentation planning to beta testing and post-launch optimization. This includes designing an AI-powered health assistant that increased conversions by 120% and engagement by 58%, and transforming a basic health tracker into a comprehensive, AI-driven dashboard that doubled adoption and tripled retention.

 

Beyond individual features, I think in systems. I’ve authored brand guidelines and scaled design systems adopted by multiple global teams, ensuring consistency and scalability as products grow across markets. I work closely with product and engineering to define success metrics, navigate constraints, and iterate based on user research and product analytics.

 

Currently based in the United States, I’ve designed and shipped products used across the U.S., Mexico, Vietnam, and Indonesia. I’m most energized when design decisions directly influence growth, trust, and long-term product sustainability.
